SUCCESSFUL APPLICATIONS AND REPORT FORMS
A Daiwa Foundation Small Grant is valid for one calendar year from the date of it being awarded. All recipients must submit a Report to the Foundation within two months of completing the project.
To submit a report, do the following:
1. Click on the link at the bottom of this page and save the Report Form to your computer.
2. Read the guidelines carefully.
3. Complete the form on-screen, print it out and sign it.
4. Post your Report to the Foundation. Recipients from the UK should post their Report to Daiwa Foundation Japan House in London. Recipients from Japan should post their Report to the Tokyo Office. |
